I have to give recognition and another HUGE thank you to the man behind the scenes on my flooring project from the basement to the first & second floors - Allen Murphy of Floor Systems Inc in Huntingtown ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This company deserves so much praise. I had a bad experience with another local flooring company who treated us poorly after we purchased a large amount of flooring from them. We were then referred by a friend to floor systems in Huntingtown who came in to look at our project and find a way to help us. To say that this company has gone above and beyond is such an understatement. They got involved when the other company left us with no options and no help. Allen personally made himself available to us at all times to help assess our issue and get everything sorted out. He worked in conjunction with my fabulous general contractor Jacob Stockton (my #1 go-to for ALL construction projects) & get us exactly where we needed to be and they took over the project for our first and second floor. Allen has been so unbelievably amazing. He worked tirelessly with me to fulfill my vision, figuring out how to execute my complex request of ordering and mixing 2 types of flooring, even coming to my home multiple times to lay out sample boxes and calculate the perfect ratio to achieve the desired look I was going for. He arranged a complicated delivery, sorting the 2 types of flooring and separating the ratios per floor & he showed up on delivery day to personally oversee the project. If I needed anything at all, he was right there with a helping hand and a thoughtful solution. This company has my business for life. I hope I’ll never need to redo my flooring 😅but when I do my bathroom tile or any bedroom carpets, I’ll be calling Allen & I would surely refer any of my clients to them - with confidence! 5-stars!!
